As Chief Designer of our digital innovation process and Design & Engineering hub,  you will work iteratively and collaboratively with your colleagues. You’ll gain exposure to the latest design trends and develop your own skills and abilities while mentoring and inspiring your enthusiastic colleagues.

• Leading and growing a design team to develop and define executive strategies for top global firms
• Leading a diverse and highly collaborative team of colleagues tackling challenging problems
• Managing the design process from initial research, ideation, and pitching to prototyping and creating MVPs
• Designing product concepts for current and emerging technologies with the freedom to innovate

Your skills

• Over 7 years of industry experience designing digital products for top-of-the- line clients
• A holistic and human-centred approach to thoughtful and innovative experience design
• Degree in HCI, product design, interface design, or a related design discipline
• Experience managing, mentoring, and collaborating with members of cross- functional teams
• Ability to present designs and new design visions to various stakeholders
